S\u00e3o\nquest\u00f5es que refleti de modo mais frequente, quando conheci o projeto de\nextens\u00e3o Periferia livr@. Esse grupo tem como foco visibilizar a literatura\nperif\u00e9rica nas escolas da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<br><br>\nA periferia tem cor, g\u00eanero, classe, gera\u00e7\u00e3o e territ\u00f3rio, p\u00fablico esse que faz\nparte das comunidades que comp\u00f5em as escolas p\u00fablicas. Por\u00e9m, o que em\nmuitas ocasi\u00f5es aprendemos no ensino de literatura s\u00e3o obras completamente\nalheias a nossa realidade.<br><br>\nIsso n\u00e3o significa dizer que n\u00e3o possamos ler Cam\u00f5es, admirarmos os\nmovimentos ou escolas liter\u00e1rias, nos encantarmos com a arte barroca ou nos\nmaravilharmos com o Romantismo ou o Ultrarromantismo de \u00c1lvares de\nAzevedo, mas saber que existe para al\u00e9m desses mundos, produ\u00e7\u00f5es e\nmovimentos que faziam parte desses contextos e que existem ainda hoje nas\nrealidades perif\u00e9ricas.<br><br>\nQuando estudava obras mais realistas na escola, eram sempre retratando\nimagens de pessoas negras no sentido pejorativo e passivo no decorrer da\nhist\u00f3ria. Mulheres n\u00e3o brancas carregadas de imagens de controle\nparafraseando Patricia Hill Collins, sem protagonismos e autoafirma\u00e7\u00f5es de\ncorpos perif\u00e9ricos.<br><br>\nNunca li Carolina Maria de Jesus na escola, muito menos Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Evaristo.\nVisibilidade feminina? Recordo-me de ter estudado no m\u00e1ximo Clarice\nLispector. Essas invisibilidades s\u00e3o resultantes de um curr\u00edculo oculto, que para\nTomaz Tadeu da Silva, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um curr\u00edculo verbalizado e formalizado. Acredito\nque esse modelo funciona como um pacto da branquitude (BENTO, 2002)\napresentando, em sua maioria, figuras masculinas brancas como\nprotagonistas, poucas mulheres brancas e, em algumas ocasi\u00f5es, nenhuma\nmulher negra retinta ou mulher ind\u00edgena cis e LIGBTQIA enquanto protagonista\ne produtora de escritas decoloniais.\n<br><br>\nO que o grupo Periferia livr@ prop\u00f5e \u00e9 uma virada epistemol\u00f3gica, com o\nintuito de visibilizar autorias perif\u00e9ricas plurais, cujas vozes silenciadas pelo\ncurr\u00edculo, est\u00e3o sendo ouvidas e potencializadas atrav\u00e9s de debates, cria\u00e7\u00e3o\nde ebooks e audiobooks, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e representa\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais pedag\u00f3gicos,\nentre outras frentes que o grupo est\u00e1 realizando.<br><br>\nAcompanhem o projeto e as nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, compartilhando esses\nquestionamentos com mais pessoas e continuando na luta por uma sociedade\ne um curr\u00edculo mais diverso e plural.<br><br><br>\nRefer\u00eancias:\n<br><br>BENTO, Maria Aparecida S. <b>Pactos narc\u00edsicos no racismo:<\/b> branquitude e\npoder nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es empresariais e no poder p\u00fablico.
